Question from a designer: 

 “Jane, I sent out 100 emails to stores and only got 4 responses!  What am I doing wrong?  I want to launch my line with a bang but so far it’s a bit of a bust.” 

What did this designer do wrong? 

I answer her questions and tell you what one marketing guru says loses 68% of sales.  Yikes!
