Etsy has a “Supplies” category where you can find many label and custom fabric tag options. For a small quantity this is an especially good choice, and a way to support fellow entrepreneurs!

i am using label weavers for labels. met them at the LA Textile show. been really happy so far. still looking for hang tag brand, but love the etsy idea above!!!
